Directions from Seattle-Tacoma Airport to Seattle Ferry

Driving from SeaTac Airport to the Seattle Ferry Terminal, departing Baggage Claim area, follow signs for I-5. The road curves to the left and proceeds out of the airport. After about 1 mile take the right hand exit, again toward I-5. Proceed about 1.5 miles; the entrance to I-5 north will be on your left. Seattle Ferry terminal is exit 164B, about 30 minutes driving north, this is the 4th Ave. and Safeco field exit. The off ramp goes to 4th Ave. Take a right onto 4th, then go one block to Royal Brougham. Turn right and head for 4-5 blocks (driving between Safeco field and the new Seahawk stadium) to Alaskan Way on the waterfront. Take another right on to Alaska Way. The terminal is about 1.2 miles north. Look for overhead signage. There is a special left hand turn lane specifically for vehicle traffic into the toll plaza. NO DROP OFF at the toll plaza. It is strictly for vehicles and occupants boarding the ferry.

Directions to Private Home Via Seattle Ferry

Take ferry (pier 52) to Bainbridge then follow  HWY 305 for approximately 11 miles to HWY 3 interchange in Poulsbo. Take HWY 3 North to the Hood Canal Bridge. Turn left onto the bridge, and after crossing get into the right lane to make the first right turn  (Paradise Bay Road) which is almost immediately after you cross the bridge. Follow Paradise Bay Road for approximately 6 miles passing a golf course on the left until you come to a 4-way stop.  Turn right onto Oak Bay Road and go about .6 mile to the entrance of the resort (Marine View Drive) passing the marina on the right.  From Marine View Drive it is about .6 of a mile farther.  Watch for street signs on the right--Pope, Baldwin and then Montgomery.  Turn right on Montgomery then turn left onto Montgomery Court at the T. It is the 3rd house on the right after the Dead End sign

From Edmonds or North of Seattle Via Kingston Ferry

Take Washington State Ferry from Edmonds to Kingston. Ferry crossings take approximately 25 minutes. From Ferry dock in Kingston, follow HWY 104 WEST for approximately 10 miles through Port Gamble to the Hood Canal Bridge. Turn right onto the bridge and immediately after the bridge get into the right lane to make a right turn onto Paradise Bay Road. Follow Paradise Bay Road for approximately 6 miles passing the Golf Course on the left until you come to the 4-way stop. Turn right onto Oak Bay Road and go about .6 mile to the entrance of the resort (Marine View Drive) passing the marina on the right.  From Marine View Drive it is about .6 of a mile farther.  Watch for street signs on the right--Pope, Baldwin and then Montgomery.  Turn right on Montgomery then turn left onto Montgomery Court at the T. Directions Without Taking Ferries

FROM SOUTH OF SEATTLE OR TACOMA (no ferry): From I-5 South to Tacoma take the Gig Harbor/Bremerton exit. You are now on HWY 16. Follow HWY 16 across Tacoma Narrows Bridge and continue on past Gig Harbor to Gorst. At Gorst HWY 16 flows into HWY 3. Follow directions on HWY 3 to Hood Canal Bridge. Turn left onto the bridge and immediately after the bridge get into the right lane to make a right turn onto Paradise Bay Road. Follow Paradise Bay Road for approximately 6 miles passing the Golf Course on the left. At the 4-way stop sign turn right onto Oak Bay Road and go about .6 mile to the entrance of the resort (Marine View Drive). It is about .6 mile from Marine View Drive. Watch for street signs on the right--Pope, Baldwin and then Montgomery. Turn right on Montgomery then turn left onto Montgomery Court at the bottom of the hill. It is the third house on the right past the Dead End sign.

 

FROM SEATTLE-TACOMA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (no ferry): Leaving Airport, head West on South 170th Street toward Military Road South. (0.16 miles). Turn Left onto Military Road South (1.38 miles). Turn left onto S 188th Street (0.03 miles). Merge onto I-5 South toward Portland (19.63 miles). Merge onto WA-16 West via Exit number 132 toward Gig Harbor/ Bremerton (27.08 miles). WA-16 West becomes WA-3 North. (25.33 miles). Turn left onto WA-104 West (6.66 miles). Turn RIGHT onto WA-19/ Beaver Valley Road (1.61 miles). Turn Right onto Oak Bay Road (2.14 miles) and go to the 4-way stop sign.  Go straight about .6 mile passing the marina on the right. You will pass the resort entrance (Marine View Drive) shortly after some large rocks on the right side. It is about .6 from Marine View Drive. Watch for street signs on the right--Pope, Baldwin and then Montgomery. Turn right on Montgomery then turn left onto Montgomery Court at the bottom of the hill. It is the third house on the right past the Dead End sign.

Other Ferry Information

I-5 Southbound it is exit 164. It says 4th Ave and Airport Way. This also takes you to the 4th Ave ramp and follow directions above, as for northbound.

Seattle Pier 52 Terminal Parking
There is no parking available at the terminal. The parking is at paid parking lots and metered (.25 cents for 15 minutes) parking. Parking fees at the Commuter Centre Parking garage across the street from the Terminal are $10.00 a day if you are in before 9:30 am. $5.00 for 0-2 hours and with a maximum of $14.00, $6.00 for overnight.

When picking up or dropping off passengers, from either Pier 50 or Pier 52, there is a very limited 3-minute load and unloading zone in front of Pier 52. Please be aware there is also a bus zone, and drivers should remain with their vehicle. Parking is also available at the Commuter Center Garage, and two surface lots are available at 811 and 814 Western Ave (across Alaskan Way from the Terminal).
